How can I claim my warranty?

my GPD win is now dead and can not be use. No respond after the LED flash single time to stats switch on.

At first I still get into window after 10-15 sec goes to bluescreen (reporting resstart in xx%)
but now is simply cannot switch on even cannot goes to BIOS.

My friends also got the GPD said it may cause of the dead of the eMMC.

How can I claim the warranty. Just send it back to factory ?
